It assists in promoting transparency among employers and employees and it enhances their ability to access attested profiles. Also, it helps intermediaries with a tool to improve efficiency in the hiring process. It is a rating platform, where employers and employees rate each other based to multiple parameters and this database is used by prospective employers/ employees during hiring. We provide the database based on the requests of employers and employees.
